BOSCH Spark Plugs 1.8T question

About 12 months ago GSF delivered me 4 spark plugs - BOSCH SUPER PLUS YTTRIUM - FR 7 LDC+

I really wanted to use the same parts as recommended on passat world, NGK.

These are the plugs, +7 (not sure what this means- can anyone help?) and they have two metal electrodes not three:
