Foldering Electric mirrors !

The noggin snapped off the electric mirror switch so it was replaced with a brand new one. Now everything works except the folding mirrors function. IS this a CAN BUS encoding thing or is there some known issue with when replacing the switch. I checked all the fuses but found nothing a miss.
