Removing wiper arms?

Hi All,
I have got some of the pollen filter fixing silicon from VW ad went to fit it today.
Problem being the front wipers will not come off. I know they are stiff, the black passat was hard but these are ridiculous.
Anyone know where I can get a wiper remover from? I have seen them on ebay but wondered if any shops sell them?
