3 spoke conversion

Quick question lads...Iv read the "how to" on converting the lorry 4 spoke steering wheel to a neat 3 spoke but im just wondering roughly what price any1 paid for a 3 spoke wheel?? I priced one last wknd in my local breakers 300euros he wanted 
now im assuming that was with airbag but do i need the airbag or will my 4 spoker bag fit the 3?? Thanks in advance
