18IN AUDI RIMS... WILL THEY FIT!

Hi people i.m new on hear after using my dads login for a bit i now have my own, Iv got a 1.8 20v eastate and looking to put some 18in audi rims on the car. she is lowered 40mm on springs. does any 1 know if they will fit or even me worth tyring to put them on..... thanks
