Water leak on b5.5 passant

My passat keeps filling up with water behind the drivers seat in the footwell. I've checked the doors are not letting the water in, and the door seals seem to be in mint condition so I don't think that's the problem. It seems it could be coming through ducting for the heating, is that possible?
