HID Xenon Projector Headlight issue

Hi Guys,
Can you help me please? I`v been having an issue with my headlights since ive had the car and tbh i want it sorted now, otherwise i`ll go back to stock.
Right the first picture shows a full beam of light, this one is working fine, however the second picture shows a half circle beam of light. This is obviously the one i`m having toruble with.
Could you tell whether its wiring, bulb or ballast? Ive swapped the bulbs over and this does`nt seem to make a difference.
