HELP WITH THESE BBS ALLOY I BOUGHT

hi peeps brought set of 17in bbs alloys out local paper lady who selling them did`t no wot car they were off her ex buggered off with another woman or sumthing all i no they wont fit my 98 b5 saloon but wot adapters would i have get and wheel bolts etc as never done this b4 so complete novice

its says on the wheel ,,8JX17H2ET35
plus will need 2 centre caps as 2 missing were could i get them pics below many thanx in advance
