creaking steering and groaning Now fixed

Hi all ive got a creaking sound when I turn the steering and also groaning creaking sound when I press down on the suspension,n/s/f have had it up on the bone shaker mot ramp,but nothing was found.
Everything seems fine but obviously something isn't,the only thing I did find is that one of the anti roll bar bushes looks a bit warn at the end,i managed to get a small bit of wd 40 on it and the noise seemed to go away for a bit.
Would a worn anti roll bar bush make the same noise, symtoms as above. did manage to ask a mate to hold the anti roll bar whilst doing the checks and he could feel it through that. either the bush or c link any ideas
