The dampers on my B5 are starting to feel a little tired (they have about 230k miles after all), so I'd like to take this opportunity to upgrade them. I'd prefer not to spend much money if I can avoid it (like anyone I guess), is it worth getting the parts from a lower mileage sports model? I'm not too fussed about coilies either, I'd prefer to keep the standard setup.
In addition to this, what ARB upgrades are worth it?
Recommended suspension upgrades?
