I want heated seats + help

I've got highline leather seats in my car, but my cars original spec was no heated seats.

So I need a wiring loom.
There's this one which is £50, nice and cheap and looks plug and play

I understand the top one comes with the heated dials, but on the right of the first picture it says about wiring harness for the backrest.

Do I already have the wiring for the backrest being a highline?

If so then all I need is the wiring loom and Vw Teeside has it for £120, or Kufatec for £50.

I'm someone who thinks "you get what you pay for" so does anyone have experience of them both and can recommend one?

Also can I follow http://vwgolfr32.co.uk/Heated-Seats.pdf this for whichever loom I get? all I want is plug and play, no splicing, no soldering etc, push in and job done basically
