Couple of quick questions.

Hi peeps, on my way to work yesterday my car beeped at me and displayed check brake pads. Upon checking the pads there seems to be plenty of life in them, I even whipped a wheel off and took the caliper off to check them properly and all seems fine. I did notice that the sensor seems to be a part of the actual braking surface, and is quite thick, seems like a ploy by vw to get you in sooner!! Has anyone else noticed this?

Secondly could anyone point me in the right direction for replacement vac pipes, mine are getting a bit brittle with age it would seem, how much would I need?
