groaning

Right passat gurus
At low speed when turning the steering wheel there's a groaning cum creaking sound coming from the front right wheel area also when pushing down on the wing get the same noise . I've changed the track rod end . Cv boot . And upper control arms and still getting issue . I think it's a suspension issues anybody else got any ideas ?
