*newbie* my B5.5 feels like im driving a wet sponge...

Hi all,
Just got my B5.5 130 TDi Highline saloon last Friday...
It has 150K on the clock & has the usual rubbish front wings... (not too bad, but could do with some new ones)
The car is to use as a work car while I'm playing with my Mk4 R32...
Ofcourse the B5.5 wont handle like my heavily modified mk4 R32, but it kinda feels pretty dangerous going round corners & also sat @ 70mph cruising...
I did many years ago own a 2005 Edition 100 Skoda Superb 130 TDi & that felt much better than the B5.5 does, so i'm just wanting you guys in the know to tell me what stuff I should be looking for as potentially problematic/worn out/requires replacement...
Also, Ive been reading that my model possibly doesnt come with a rear anti roll bar... is this true???
