in cockpit Vibration 2003 AVF 4motion passat

Hi all.

You can feel a strong vibration inside of our passat.
You feel it in your butt an in the dashboard.
We have the same type audi a4 with ajm tdi. And that doesnt vibrate ike that at all.

I layed under it and couldnt really feel or see any vibration or rubbing on the exhaust or so.
I guess somewhere at the firewall something is rubbing. Since the dash vibration. Didnt see it though.

Searching this online mostly comes up with exhaust, engine/gearboxmounts or for some reason axles.
This is a manual and its at idle too. No clacking in corners. So dont think axle issues.

While laying under I saw the engine and gearbox mounts were very bad. which i already say at buying the car.
On the passenger side the gearbox hung 2cms lower cause there was almost no rubber left.
Snub mount also disapeared.
So changed them all 5 yesterday. Vibration is still there.
But while I was busy anyway, I fixed the rear window washer and changed the rear brake pads too. ;)

Anyone has any ideas?
