Drivers seat base

Hi
My drivers seat base looks saggy (leather) compared to the passenger side for obvious reasons. Is it a case of replacing the foam, if so, where could i buy a new replacement or is there another solution. Also the drivers side outer seat bolster has alot of wear, any suggestions to remedy this.
