Fault code help

Hi everyone, it’s been a while since posting.
Wondered if anyone could help before I just take the car to the mechanics for them to plug a reader in.
Had a fault come up a few months ago, and the dash displayed “workshop emissions “ I realise that this could be a plethora of problems. So I plugged in my scanner and got the code, but like the melt I am I did not make a note of it or google it. Got distracted by something else.
Any way finally got round to plugging the scanner in again today, it’s detecting a fault but reads N/A (no code) manual Says it does not support it.
It’s doing my head in. Wondered if anyone had any advice cheers
