Front suspension

Hi everyone

Had a couple of advisory’s last mot that I mean to sort before the next one. Could anyone shed any light on what exactly is meant by this:

advise n/s/f upper suspension arm front has a split in rubber bush no excess movement detected
advise slight movement in o/s/f upper ball joint

Are both these points referring to upper control arms on both near and off side?
