Stinky diesel smell and white smoke from exhaust

As per title,

Really sorry for the long post........

I've got issues with my AVB tdi, it's done 235k , a hard 65k of them from me. Has EGR delete and mapped by Simon of CCC tuning to 130hp about 2yrs ago.

Last week I noticed only once after letting off in 4th gear while a car turned off and accelerating a cloud of white smoke bellowed from the exhausts.

2 weeks ago I fitted a new cooling radiator, serviced it with new oil, filter, fuel filter pollen and air filters plus fitted new injector seals and a caliper.

This is the second set of injector seals as 1st time round it was getting harder and harder to start and sometimes would stumble at idle. A VW specialist told me I possibly had worn injector tubes in the head. After fitting them it started and ran great for 2yrs but recently has be messing about to start again when facing uphill on our slightly uphill drive.

So this weekends problems;
-driving Friday, when for an overtake and while in 3rd gear at about 4000rpm felt like I hit a rev limiter and a bit of smoke out the back, drove fine and white smoke on a hot start afterwards.
-will start prefect when facing slightly down hill.
-White smokes on hot start up.
-White smokes and stinks of diesel when hot (after 20mins and 15ish miles) at idle say at a junction or traffic lights. Leaves plumes of white stinky white smoke when I pull away.
-Plumes white smoke after letting off for a few seconds and accelerating away.

Now on the drive, I've checked the oil level, it's hot after and hour and a bit Smokey smelly run, oil is watery thin and up to the orange plastic bit on the dipstick, so really high !!! Also the oil smells of diesel.

I have a short 10sec video of smoke at idle but can't seem to post it.....

Is my problem the tandem pump ? Although the fuel filter is clear and not black with oil.
A stuck injector?
Or something else to let oil into the sump.

I don't have access to a code scanner so you help, suggestions/advise would be great.
