2003 140k miles 130 Sport 6 speed wagon just failed its MOT because of a corroded front subframe
Local independent reliable garage who did the MOT says it's not worth bothering to repair it. Too big a job for the age/value of the car.
I'm guessing it is a right pain in the *&^% to replace the front subframe yourself, working without ramp/hoist ?
I'm thinking it's time to give in . . .
