B7 ESTATE SPEAKER UPGRADE? & REMAP RECOMMENDATIONS

Hi, having come out of a Bose equipped A6 and acquired an Alltrack last night the sound quality isn't great by comparison. Is there an easy upgrade speaker available that will help give it a bit more depth and oomph? I am also looking to remap the car (its a 177 with DSG) so looking for reccommendations around West/South Yorkshire, East Lancs/Manchester/Oldham areas. And finally, the front tyres (Uniroyals) are past their best so any tyre recommendations would be helpful too. My preference is for all weather ability rather than something that will help me set a lap record!
