2013 B7 highline estate, uneven west on rear tyres.

Hi

I’m new to the forum and a proud owner of a VW Passat 2.0 TDI bluemotion highline estate, love the car and great for family duties. Since buying the car iv noticed uneven tyre wear on the back tyres, I’m after a bit of advice, is it the tracking needs redoing before/after I pay for new tyres. Or is it the fact the car has done 60000 miles and some of the rear bushes are shot? If so do I buy new standard items or some different versions?
