B7 estate boot open button

The switch on the drivers door doesn't seem to open the bootlid like the saloon version doesn't the lid pop up slightly?
Also via the keyfob middle button i have the same issue.
Also how can i change the settings to unlock all doors with one press from the fob currently it needs 2 presses.
