Just bought a 1.9 tdi se 100/74kw estate, 2003.
I have been searching for the correct oil for the car.
Got it down to vw 507 spec.
Put my reg into the castrol site and it only comes up with 3 car choices,
1, 4 motion 1.9 tdi
2, auto 1.9 tdi qo2
3, auto 1.9 tdi q01
Mine is a manual gearbox so was looking for a little guidance on oil choice.
I was going to go for Castrol edge 5w30 fully synthetic, would that be your choice?
