Another EPB issue with VCDS codes

OK, I'm pretty certain the motor has gone tits up on the right parking break but wondered if any of you VCDS gurus could interrogate the following to confirm my 'diagnosis' before I go stripping it to see if its fixable or I end up spending fortunes on a replacement caliper to just swap motors?
I've only put the items with any error listed.
Any help much appreciated.
If I do try fixing or indeed swap motors does anything need doing in VCDS or should it just rewind itself and sort itself out?
There are some great DIY threads on here to have a go yourself but just wanted to check before I go at it.
Oh yeah, the brake motor is making motor type noises and the EPB won't release.
Goodness knows what the inclination sensor is all about.
