Gearbox oil change tdi cr

Anybody know how to change gearbox oil it's a 2009 2.0tdi cr 6 speed manual passat I've seen were the drain plug is and the fill plug is but how much do I put init or do I just fill untill it comes out the fill hole like some cars do I know there ment to be service free but I wonna do it any help will be grateful cheers ted
