Cleaning a Highline

So the wife has a new job and she needs my lovely VW T5 for it. As a result I've been "demoted"to her B6 Passat. It's a Highline and the cream interior is somewhat wanting. She's never been overly great at looking after and cleaning cars and the cream needs a revamp. The plastic and carpets are worse than the leather. Does any one have any tips?
