Help Vw Passat in goes in limp mode

I was just getting onto the mortorway and getting up to speed, ca went into limp mode with the flashing glowplug light. I switch off the car and it the light went away, after the a while it did it again. Anyway i hooked it upto vcds and came up with this:

Driving locally its never come up, but on steep hills it has been sluggish. Anyone have any suggestions.
