Anyone swapped the chrome trims round the door frame

Hi washing the beast today I noticed the chrome that runs along the top of the door round the quarter lite glass n/s/r door was badly scratched there's loads in the local breakers how do I get it off it's no good now I know it's there!

I'm guessing a complete strip down the last thing to remove from the door being that bit of plastic chrome
