B6 seam spider webbing, any point taking it back?

My 58 plate b6 has spider webbing on all the door inner panels which looks to have come from the seams, I read this is not covered!?

When I run my finger over it, you can hear the paint is loose.

The same has happened on the bonnet seam at the front, plus rust on the rubber grommet holes on the underneath side. Plus the odd bubble on a door and front arches and chassis leg.
