Hi Folks,
I have a 2009 passat b6 2.0tdi (110) with EPB. The rear wheels are frequently getting warm/hot, sometimes just one other times both. I wish to change both rear calipers with motors as a complete unit to new ones, new rotors and pads as car now over ten years old with 85K. Am I able to just uplug EPB electrical clip and remove old calipers, remove hoses and clean up carriers etc then fit both new calipers and plug them back in again, start car and operte EPB a few times to settle in and hey presto all good?
So can I just change calipers or do they need laptop/ OBD, VCDS set afterwards?
Thanks for you help
