is there a way to covert the rear centre console 12V socket (cigarette lighter socket i suppose)
from ignition switched to permant live?
the kids have a DVD system in the back which uses the socket and its a complete pain that it turns off everytime i stop the engine, which means i have to start the DVD alll over again each time we start off again.
the one in my old B5.5 was permanant live, which was much better, so can it be switched or converted in some way?

PS, the one in the boot is the same, so would like to look at changing that one too.
