normal running temp?

hi my 2005 2.0 tdi seems to be running low at 70- I presume it should run at about 90? I'm gonna keep an eye on it for the next week but what is this likely to be? I guess a temp sensor or a stuck stat ?

did a 30 mile run the other day and still only got up to 70

is there any diy guides to fix this?
