rust on my right wing

I just noticed a bubble of rust on the drivers wing about the size of a 5penc peice under the paint. This is where the body is flat so in line with the wheel. Has anyone else on here had similar on the front wing. The paint looks ok not cracked looks like its rusting from inside.
