Heater Motor Resistor Pack, Which One?

My first post! I've had a few Passats in their various forms over the years, a b5.5 Tdi estate, an a6 1.8t and the Skoda Superb Elegance 1.9Tdi which was a cracking car until water got under the carpet.
Today I picked up my b6 140 Tdi Highline Estate, it's a late one first reg in October 2010. Couple of minor problems, one is the heater fan only working on position 4, looks like the resistor for the fan. There seem to be 2 types listed, one is sort of green and flat, the other is aluminium and semi-circular. I'm guessing I need the green flat one?
