Anti Shudder Valve/ Intake Manifold Flap weirdness

Hello
I've got a B6 BLS 1.9 tdi and i had to change the ASV.
Thing is,now it doesnt let me start the engine.
I posted a video below with the valve when i put on the contact on the car.
