since i bought the car its always had the turbo siren noise . A few years ago i replaced all the turbo seals because i had a black smoke problem
(that turned out to be a flexible pipe from the airbox, a broken clip holding down a rubber going into metal pipe with a metal clip holding the pipes together had worn a hole in the flexi pipe)
anyway while replacing the seals i noticed the pipe that goes into the i believe compressor outlet has lots of play in it not a good seal even with a new rubber seal. i think the compressor outlet could be worn or maybe even a diffent turbo to waht it should be!
