2007 bkp flat spot driving me mad.

Hi folks. Newbie here. I have recently bought a Passat bkp 2007 130k. I have a intermittent flat spot/hesitation when is cold more so in 2nd and 3rd around 1700-2100rpm. This tends to stop when the car is up to temp. It's had injector recall.. timing belt.. new fuel pump in tank. Full service 2 days ago. All vac hoses seem ok. Has anyone else had this issue. Cheers
