Replacing front speakers

Hi guys,

I have a b6 with front and rear door speakers but its not dynaudio. I think the front passenger speaker has blown (horrible distortion on low end) and want to replace it as easily and cheaply as possible.

Is something like the below my best option? Is it as simple as taking off the door panels and removing speakers (I've read the guides and am ok with these steps) and using the existing wires and the adapters, is anything else needed?
