If you've got leather and alcantara seats, then the chances are that the drivers seat is looking a bit scruffy.
Mine started to look untidy at less than 20k, and now at 50k I thought it was time to do something about it. Someone on here had sugested shaving it with a razor, so I thought I'll give it a go. You dont think twice about dragging one across your face, so I shouldn't do the seat any harm.
Anyhow. I gave it a go with a Gillette Mach 2, and it works. It takes a while, and the razor gets clogged up (bit like when my Mrs borrows it) but I now have a drivers seat that looks as good as new.
I did take some pics, but the really didn't do the job any justice so I didn't post em up.

2004 V6 TDI gone and replaced with a 2011 TDI Sport DSG which has gone too.
